FlowGAT preprint

Congratulations to Ramin for posting a preprint of his paper “Integration of graph neural networks and genome-scale metabolic models for predicting gene essentiality”. The paper is the result of a research stay of Ramin in the group of Diego Oyarzún and presents a graph neural network model, FlowGAT, for predicting essential genes from graph-structured representations of metabolic reaction networks.
